Will my service change after you negotiate?
No. We negotiate only the price — your speed, channels, coverage, and everything else stays exactly the same. The only difference is what you pay each month.
How long does the whole process take?
Most negotiations are wrapped up in 3 to 7 business days. Mortgage and car loan refinancing can take 2–3 weeks because of paperwork and underwriting on the lender's side.
What if you can't lower my bill?
Then you owe us nothing. Our entire model is "no savings, no fee." We only get paid when you save, so we're as motivated as you are.
Do I need to give you my password or account login?
No. We never ask for online account credentials. We do most negotiations on the phone with your provider using information from your bill plus a quick verbal authorization from you.
Is this legal? Can I do this myself?
Yes and yes. Negotiating bills is 100% legal — you have every right to ask your provider for a lower rate. You can absolutely do it yourself; we just save you the time, stress, and uncertainty by doing it professionally.
